Basic Policy

The Company shall appropriately protect information assets from the perspectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, in order to meet the trust of customers and business partners and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Scope

This policy applies to the Company's officers, employees, and parties to whom we outsource work, and covers all information assets handled by the Company (including paper media, electronic data, recording media, and information equipment).

Organization

The Information Security Officer is Hisaichi Machihara, Representative Director. Under the officer's direction, the Company manages, operates, and improves information security.

Compliance with Laws and Standards

The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (My Number Act), and other related laws and guidelines.

Safety Management Measures

To protect information assets, the Company takes necessary and appropriate safety management measures across organizational, human, physical, and technical aspects. - Organizational: maintenance of regulations, clear responsibility structure, periodic review - Human: training of officers and employees, confidentiality agreements - Physical: prevention of unauthorized access and theft of work areas and information equipment - Technical: access control, authentication, log management, malware protection, communication encryption

Handling of Specific Personal Information (My Number)

Through the sale and support of My Number-compliant products, the Company may be involved in customers' handling of My Number (specific personal information). The Company complies with the My Number Act and related guidelines, and takes appropriate safety management measures at each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, and disposal of specific personal information.

Education and Continuous Improvement

The Company continuously provides information security education to officers and employees, and periodically reviews this policy and related regulations to pursue continuous improvement.
